Business Support Co-ordinator
Salary £22,000 to £27,500
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into Sales! We’re looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to get into an insurance sales environment.
To be successful, you’ll enjoy working with and supporting Financial Advisers, your team and wider department. You’ll be passionate about Protection.
A bit about the job:
Your primary function in this role is to provide administrative, telephonic and email support for the field and telephony-based sales teams. You will be making outbound calls to Advisors, influencing Advisors, as well as getting involved in some project work. This isn't your usual sales role as there is no requirement for outbound sales at all. A significant part of this role will be dealing with Management Information so you must be confident using excel to succeed in this role and be confident communicator as you will be dealing with stakeholders across Aviva.
This is an integral role to Aviva's growth plans, the role supports and liberates our Sales teams, allowing them to concentrate on skilfully placing the breadth of Aviva’s propositions at the heart of target distributor firms, and affording Aviva the best chance of increasing market volumes and share in a heavily contested marketplace.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Protection product knowledge
- Demonstrable communication skills for Internal and External stakeholders, both via telephone and email
- Strong administration skills
- Working knowledge and experience of using Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn how to use new systems, such as, CRM tools, MI tools and MS Teams

- Starting salary between £22,000 and £27,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
