We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to work for PULSE in our Community Healthcare division based in our Glasgow office.

The Care Coordinator provides a service to clients which includes support workers and enablement workers to assist individuals to live within their own homes and communities whatever their abilities.
What you will be doing:
ÂProvide regular telephone support to our candidates such as support workers
ÂPrepare CV and correspondence to forward to client
ÂSupporting the branch recruitment process in order to source suitable support workers
ÂEnsure compliance & quality control documentation have been completed, and with the involvement of the Business Support Team ensure that all prospect workers are involved and maintained throughout the recruitment process
ÂMe! et and greet visitors to the office
ÂCoordinating care su! pplies as agreed with the office team
ÂTo be present for part of the induction training for new staff
ÂGeneral Administration duties
ÂMinute team meetings as required, distributing to office team
ÂSupport with admin duties involved in client paperwork and distribution as required
ÂAny other relevant duties as required by the line manager or other Company manager
ÂOrganise supervision for support workers and send invites into office staff calendars
ÂIdentify and coordinate training for locums
ÂEstablish & maintain locum files - ensuring required checks are in place at all times.
ÂAssist with filling and coordinating shifts
ÂManaging calls from Candidates in regard to rota changes
ÂLiaising with Case Managers to ensure that shifts are filled with suitably trained and competent Support Staff
ÂHandling timesheet queries
ÂManagement of Candidate Holiday request process, ensuring client package remains safely staffe! d
This position is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a customer focussed environment. Candidates with previous experience working as a Care Coordinator, ideally within a domicillary care background is desirable.
