Our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Staff Nurse for their superb Nursing home facility in Aberdeen. Our client is one of the UK̢۪s leadin! g healthcare providers, who specialise in dementia and palliative care. This position also offers flexible working hours for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Prescribing and delivering care to Elderly clients
- Ensuring all care prescribed and delivered is person centred
- Ensuring the care team works together to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.
- To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to residents.
- To assist in the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.
- Applicants must be registered with NMC with a valid PIN
- Applicants must have completed Preceptorship
- Must have a genuine interest in caring for Dementia clients
- Must display excellent clinical and organisational skills
